Emmy Aston is our shop's PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, i.e. Super Instructor! She has been teaching for over 12 years now, starting in the Bahamas, then around the Caribbean on a sailboat, and here in Montserrat. She has over 450 certs to her credit, loves teaching and specialises in working with kids.

But Emmy's teaching ways don't stop there. She has been teaching swimming to local kids and adults for the past 5 years as an American Red Cross Swimming Instructor.
Because life isn't always in the water, Emmy is also a certified RYT-200hr Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and runs the Blue Mermaid Yoga here on Montserrat.

Add on to that co-founder of the Montserrat Reef Project, a Reef Ball Foundation Coral Expert, dog lover, and just a good person!
Andrew Myers has been a diver since he was 9, now 35 years of blowing bubbles! In 1991 he was able to start working on dive boats in The Bahamas as a videographer and dive guide, then full time in 1997 as a PADI dive instructor and boat captain.
Andrew expanded his professional dive world, working in salvage and subsea cable. Love of the sea and the island inspired him to develop Montserrat Reef Project, a locally based marine conservation group which built a designed artificial reef and works to protect marine habitat.

Andrew is also a Reef Ball Foundation Coral Expert and contractor, an outdoor adventurer, a pretty good cook, and maybe slightly crazy (or could just be the red hair!).
Scuba Montserrat is in St. Peters directly below JavaLava Art Cafe (perfect for grabbing a coffee before or lunch after a dive!). Conveniently located in the centre of the island near to most of the guesthouses and rental villas, it is a quick drive to Little Bay to catch the boat or a short ride to several excellent shore dives.

Our dive boat, the Seagull III, is a 25 foot centre console Panga style boat with a new and quiet Yamaha 4 stroke outboard. She is an excellent boat for the seas around Montserrat and it ideal for diving, snorkelling, or boat touring.
